ROTARY CART WITH REMOTE-CONTROLLED GRAPPLE
This new cart model is specially designed to adapt to your equipment. It offers advanced features with laser cameras.
The product has been developed taking into account the operations our customers perform over long distances, and it works with all conventional towers.
MAIN ADVANTAGE:
The trees located on either side of the cart can be retrieved by rotating the base of the cart. Thanks to this rotation, the grapple will pick up all the trees within a 14-foot-wide corridor (4.3 meters). This feature will increase production and reduce the movement of excavators.
This rotary cart, equipped with a rotating grapple, gathers multiple trees and transports them along the path.
The laser inside the grapple allows precise positioning of the grapple above the trees, projecting a green circle onto the ground.

The trees located on each side of the cart can be retrieved by rotating the bottom of the cart. Thanks to this rotation, the grapple will pick up all the trees in a 14-foot wide corridor (4.3 meters). This feature will increase production and reduce excavator movements
A second additional cable in the cart will stabilize the grapple and prevent it from rotating.
The traction of the remote-controlled cart moves by using a deviation of the cable between the 3 pulleys, but 2 pulleys are driven by synchronized gears. This deviation between the pulleys provides a very long lifespan for the main cable.
The set of products consists of a rotating and remote-controlled trolley that moves using a deflection of the cable suspended between two 15-metre high masts, held by winches and excavators. These excavators move on 3 axes without fixed anchorage, allowing you to work in parallel with the mountain without dismantling the carrying cable. This allows for continuous production day after day.
